14-Day Return Policy
You have 14 days from the date of receiving your item to initiate a return.

Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for a return, your item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Initiating a Return

We will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that returns sent without prior notification will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you discover any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, please contact us promptly. We will assess the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable or non-exchangeable. Final sale items, marked as such, cannot be returned or exchanged. Personalized or custom items are not eligible for return unless they are defective or incorrect. Additionally, for hygiene reasons, items like underwear and swimwear cannot be returned. Gift cards are also non-returnable and non-refundable.

Sale Items and Gift Cards
Unfortunately, sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

Exchanges
For the quickest service, we recommend returning the item you have for a refund and placing a new order for the desired item.

Refunds

If you've received a misprinted, damaged, or defective item, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery to request a replacement or refund. To process your claim quickly, we ask that you provide us with unboxing videos, photos of the defective item, and images of the original packaging. Please note that all claims for replacements must be made within 7 days of delivery; after this period, reprinting charges may apply.

For exchanges or returns due to ordering the wrong size or for non-defective products, the return shipping and any additional charges will be at the customer’s expense, and a new order will need to be placed.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional processing time. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at
